First of all - sorry for the slight delay in pricing the roof sleeper. As you will notice from our website we have moved premises which took us a lot more time than we envisaged. We are nearly all finished now so everything should be back to normal soon.
I’m going to pencil in a price of £3860 for the roof sleeper, this is fully fitted (hatch opening trim to match your van not included).The roof cap can be colour coded to your van for an extra cost of £175; otherwise the roof cap is white.
I’ll explain a little about the roof sleeper. When opened up you enter the roof space to find 2 double beds-------------yes! You did read it right - 2 double beds. One being 4’6” x 6’2” and the other 4’ x 6’2”. The bed cushions are vinyl and in a variety of colour choices. The bellows for the roof sleeper is made from a lightweight PVC with welded seams, 2 clear windows in the front and 2 large fly screen vents at the ends. There will be provision for lights within the roof sleeper at an extra cost. All the fittings i.e. hinges, hold downs and some brackets are all made of stainless steel. We have seen too many unsightly fittings made of mild steel and rubber to fit anything else.
At the moment I cannot give you a date when this will be available, but you can place an order with us or come and see how far we are along with it. We could possibly be fitting these for customers in about 2 months’ time. The Seddon Roof Sleeper 44 designation means, if you are wondering, “four four” meaning for 4 people. Feel free to enquire.

As an enthusiast and trained welder and with 15 years invaluable experience buying, restoring and selling Campers, he has amassed a wealth of specialist equipment and is well capable of undertaking major restoration work. Professionally trained body shop workers, Mark and Mike complete the restoration team.

Interiors:-
Business partner Fred runs the Interiors operation from the rear of the premises. Trained in the 60s and with more than 30 years experience as a carpenter, Fred has finally succumbed to pressure from Simon, becoming involved in designing and building of a T2 interior, and putting into production a retro interior of superior quality; breathing new life in to tired 70s interiors.

With an amazing talent for designing and building musical instruments, pianos, guitars etc; Simon has now successfully channelled Fred’s unique artistry in to camper interiors where, whatever the commission, he hits just the right note every time!
You can leave your camper with us to fit out or restore or you can take the units away to fit yourself. Either way, you are welcome to enjoy a tea or coffee in front of Fred’s wood burning stove secure in the knowledge that both Simon and Fred place enormous value on customer service – so you and your camper van could not be in more caring or expert hands.
