On the move
Yes, we have moved to new premises, part of a vast factory complex owned by Phillips Electronics UK Ltd. The original building is Grade II listed and we have a place called, appropriately, The Garage Unit
We feel sure that all our customers will find a visit to our new premises to be a very pleasant experience. We have on site toilet and washroom facilities and in the very near future, a new shower, toilet and canteen block will be built.
When you visit us you will be able to take advantage of the on site facilities or we can direct you to historic Churchtown – the original part of Southport which is just down the road-or you can venture a couple of miles into the country to Holmswood.
At Churchtown we recommend The Hesketh Arms with fine food and drink for all the family, then, perhaps a walk around the Botanic Gardens if you want to make a day of it. At Holmswood you will find Homestead Farm Shop and Tea Room. Here, you will be looked after by Margaret. Her home cooking is excellent (*NB: closed Tuesdays). Then you could visit Windmill Farm with the children, or go down to the now famous Martin Mere and Wetlands where Bill Oddie and Kate Humble did various bird watch programmes.
